You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and invoice. Your shipment will contain an itemized packing slip.



Canadian law requires Rhythm Audio Design to collect tax when orders ship within Canada. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for taxes on delivery.

Rhythm Audio Design is not responsible for any taxes outside Canada.



Orders ship Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm PST

Carefully inspect your shipment when it arrives and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.


Customers cannot make changes to quantities, products ordered, shipping methods, or shipping address.

If you changed your mind on an order and your order has been shipped, you have the option to refuse your shipment when it arrives. Rhythm Audio Design will issue a refund once your refused shipment arrives back at our facility. However, a refund will not be given for original shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Allow 5 business days for processing your refund.


Damaged / Defective Goods

Proof of purchase is required for return of goods.

Report any damaged or defective goods to us immediately.

We require order number or other proof of purchase before we can start the process.

Do not return any damaged or defective goods to us without an RMA.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required and we will not accept returned goods without one.

Return damaged or defective goods insured for product value and postage-prepaid. Package the product well to protect it from damage in transit. A claim can be filed with the carrier if the returned package is damaged in transit to Rhythm Audio Design. If the packaging is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the carrier may deny damage claims. So package it well.

Warranty is void if:

• The product has been disassembled, modified or tampered with in any way.

• The product has been abused or operated in conjunction with inappropriate or faulty apparatus.
